Terms of Use
Rules for accessing and using Reporter by Radiologic™.
TL;DR
Reporter is an AI-assisted tool for radiologists — it helps draft reports but does not replace clinical judgment. Your data is processed by Anthropic (text), Deepgram (audio) and stored on Supabase. Payments go through Stripe or Asaas (Brazil). You own your content.
1. Service scope
Reporter by Radiologic™ supports radiology reporting workflows with AI assistance.
It does not replace clinical judgment, medical validation or institutional protocols.
2. Account and access
Access may happen via email/password or social login (Google, Apple, GitHub) through Clerk.
You are responsible for account confidentiality and the use of linked social credentials.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the platform lawfully and ethically.
- Do not submit illegal or abusive content.
- Do not use outputs as the sole basis for emergency decisions.
- You remain responsible for final review and approval of every report.
4. Billing and plans
Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe and Asaas (Brazil).
Plan limits and features may change as the product evolves.
5. Intellectual property
Platform software and interface remain owned by Radiologic.
You keep ownership of your content, subject to technical licenses required to run the service.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, security risk or violation of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available.
Radiologic is not responsible for clinical decisions made without appropriate professional review.
